WHAT DOES "FAMILY MEMBER" AND "DEPENDENTS" MEAN?

on nomination letter they asked me to remove the information of my parents and siblings from page 2  of Application PR.
now i am going to apply to cic.


what does dependents mean? can my sisters and parents be include in dependents?
should i write about them in Additional dependents form or i remove additional depenDENTS FORM from the application?

for whT DOES THIS Additional dependents FORM FOR????KINDLY TELL ME

1.  You should really read the instructions.
2.  Dependents are your spouse and children under 22 (Or if over 22 in full time schooling)
3.  If you don't have over 5 dependents, then you don't require the additional dependents form.
