Hi,

Could someone please let me know what documents I have to send to Sydney office for my initial application.

Do I have to include photographs, copies of passport, self-addressed labels or what else???

Please advice!!!

hi just send the forms at the end of the fsw kit and do not enclose any testimonials/original documents or photographs along with photocopies of  passport and the processing fees.....

You write your name and address on a sheet of paper in both English and your countries mother tongue
