Very interesting and real though depressing! It's a reflection of reality. There are many immigrants are not working as per duties, NOC, education and experience. In some other thread, one member stated that it's only in Canada where your life can be saved in a cab because there's a high chance that the driver is qualified doctor.
There are few forums and societies to help immigrants get employed and their credentials recognized such as hireimmigrants.ca. Let's support all these initiatives.
