Hello, I just wanna hear your opinion about the Super Visa. I thought this new visa will be easier to obtain but the requirements are still the same except for the medical insurance I guess. My mom has tried to apply for TRV before but denied twice already and the reasons are about ties to the home country and proof of assets. Do u guys think that if I sponsor her now with the new supervisa that she might get a chance to be approved? She's alone in my home country cause all her relatives including me, he daughter are all here. She does own an apartment, but that's about it. The house is not under her name, so no proof that she has one. what do u think?Thank you!

*by the way, I am not planning to sponsor her anytime soon, in 2 - 3 years maybe, but I wanna hear other people's take on this.

No, this Super Visa has more requirements than a regular multiple visitor visa such as medical insurance, meeting LICO and relationship proof of parent and child or grand child, etc.

You can't sponsor them now because family sponsorship in this category are close up to 2 years and this supervisa is merely a type of multiple visitor visa.  In order to apply a visitor visa, your mother must show substantial ties with her home country.  If she has no assets in her home country, can't you transfer some funds to her?
