hello,

I am talking about mailing the application to nova scotia, canada..

they require 23 cm x 30.5 cm i.e 9 inches x 12 inches..

i am going to ship via fedex...

now all i want to know is are they talking about the size of my sealed envelope or the envelope that is going to be used by fedex?

please let  me know..

i used an A4 size envelop but fedex replaced it with their own envelop. n CIO had no issues with it for it was accepted.
