I'm freaking right out. I just got a message from my brother on facebook telling me that my Mother got a letter for me
about my appeal date. MARCH 8. They told me that I needed to mail my additional evidence in two weeks before my
appeal hearing. I'm pretty sure that's too late now. A few weeks ago I contacted the local MP's office Jean Crowder
and one of her representatives tried really hard to get the date that my appeal papers were accepted from January
to August when I sent them. But they said there there was nothing they could do. The earliest I could expect my hearing
would be October or November of this year. I was so disappointed but now they're saying I can have my hearing in
March 8 between 9:00-12:00. Anybody ever hear of something like this happening? Now I have to fly back to Canada
from Turkey but I'm so unprepared. I think I'm gonna hyperventilate just thinking about this.

Take small breaths to calm you down hun and try gathering as much as you can between now and the date of your hearing. Your rship with hubby is real so I am very positive that you wouldn't frown upon words or questions they ask you about your relationship and life together with him.

You will do great and I know you will. Just don't hyperventilate and go  bizarre on the whole situation.

Remember to keep faith in GOD, believe in everything you do and things will work out just perfect for you both. I am so happy for you that you get an earlier IAD date

Thanks confusednscared. I'm trying to be calm really I am LOL. Oh and it's great to hear from you. You really do have such a
calming way of saying things I need to phone my Mom tonight and find out exactly what's going on. Gather as much as I
can before heading home. It's hard enough just thinking that I have to leave my husband here in Turkey. I hope it will be
fast. Well it sounds like its only going to be a short hearing. Sometime between 9:00 am and noon. The letter also asks for
my list of witnesses I will be bringing. Well since my Mother spent 5 weeks here with me Murat and his family in August and
September I guess my Mom can be a witness. I'll give everything more thought. I'm not really worried about the questions. I'm
just scared I won't have all my i's dotted and my t's crossed I guess and in time.

I think your mom is the best witness plus the fact that you have been staying in Turkey says A LOT! Not your home country, definitely very different from Canada for a woman. Good luck and let us know what happens...
