HI dear friend .
 plz help me regarding canada immgrations.i have written my full details as follows.
 
1. My first AOR was coming on 25 march 2010.i submitted my docoments in 18 july 2010.
2.IELTS bands 6 and having 5 year experience.etc
3. Second AOR was coming on 23 july 2010.
4. i have apply in lecturer kota
 BUT it is more than 8 months . i have recevied nothing. i am waiting for medicial. what can i do now.
plz reply.

what is ur file transfer date and what is ur ecas status.

My file transfer date 30 march 2010
Status
 
" Your application and supporting documents were received by the New Delhi office. They are pending review.
 
We transferred your application to the New Delhi office on March 30, 2010. The New Delhi office may contact you."
 TIME PERIOD OF SECOND STAGE   DOCOMENTS HAVE ALREADY TAKEN MORE THAN 8 MONTHS.
NOW WHAT TO DO?

nowadays CHC ND is taking more time to issue medicals. anyways as your file transfer date is 30th MARCH 2010, keep your fingers crossed, as u might hear from new delhi very very soon. DEFINATELY IN THIS MONTH

i second with hitesh. DMP bare patta karke rakho. sache patshah beddi par laoga. tuhadi koi foreign travel history hai. if yes then it may further delay processing. cheers.

Hi Histesh, thanks for answering.

I did not have travel history.but h1b rejection.Is it matters.It is possible that they check my bank account because i have use that money 4  medicial reason.(family problems).What is DMP?

dmp: designated medical practioner. u did a mistake by using funds. but it depends on luck whether vo again ask for proof of funds statement. be happy dont worry
