What are the steps and timelines of FSW immigration process

Hi

Right now im in canada on temporary worker visa since one year . I want to apply for FSW immigration . So what is the process steps. I mean

1) Once i submitt the application form when will i get the confermation number approximately .

2) When will i get the AOR Approximately

3) When will the immigration office will send that im qualified under new system

4) When will they ask for supporting documents
5) When will they ask for medicals and PCC
6) Whn will they give the final letter
7) then what is the procedure until final stage .
8) Is it better to hire the attorney to do all these things (or) not . Because they know the all the processs every well.

After your submit, if you qualify, it will take 4-8 weeks for you to receive the communication from CIO.

2) When will i get the AOR Approximately
4-8weeks

3) When will the immigration office will send that im qualified under new system
4-8 weeks

4) When will they ask for supporting documents
Within 4-8 weeks you will receive the email or letter and if you qualify, then you will be given 120 days to submit the supporting documents to your local visa officer
5) When will they ask for medicals and PCC
Once you submit your documents, withing 4-8 weeks you will receive the medical and other requests if your paper pass the test by I/O
6) Whn will they give the final letter
If you pass the medical stage, they might ask for your passport for stamping
7) then what is the procedure until final stage.

Just goto the website, its very easy, read the documents and you can take help from the forum members, still if you do not get it, hire a lawyer
The total time right now for getting a PR is 4-6 month under FSW in New Delhi.
