What are the requirements you must have in order to study in an international college in Canada?

That depends on college. But usually u would be required a degree and ielts/toefl.

well if you are a student of GCE O & A levels and you have a B or more in your English O level exam, and 13 years of schooling in english they exempt you from ielts and toefl!!!!

i did my gce olevel.. and given english paper, ut they didnt exempt me.. :(they didnt even ask my grade in english, so i had to give IElTS.

In countries where mother tongue is not english, ielts/toefl would not be exempted.
