Hi... Seniors

Can CIO, Sydney NS reject the application, if an applicant does not secure 67 points?

What are the factors on which CIO can reject the application.
Please share your experience at this thread.

Sydney doesn't evaluation the points, they only check to see if the application is complete, the fee is collected and that the applicant is eligible to apply in either FSW1,2,3. with the correct NOC.
