Hi everyone,

I intend to land in Missisuaga by God's grace when i'm given my PR visa.  Does any one know the best options of getting accommodation in Toronto - Missisuaga and the cheapest/most reasonable options.
I was thinking it will not be too wise to get a long rent outrigthly as one does not know the area well.

How can one get a reasonable short rent;most short rents i have seen on-line seems to be a bit expensive. Also, what is the average price for a 1 bedroom apt.

Hi Simi,
We offer very reasonable temporary accommodation rates to Canadian newcomers.  Please check our website at:  www.canadiantransitions.org.

Thanks,
May

Maiah,
Publish your rates rather than redirecting us to your web let it be itemised in a way we can understand and seek further clarification. Nimi's question is a very good one.

Mmmmmh.  Marketing - is it.  Its dearly expensive.  You will be much better with staying in a hostel for $20 a night.  Go to backpackers website where you will find a list of all hostels in canada based on provinces and are.  I bet it will be much cheaper than that for the first few weeks.  visit.

Oloye,
I think its better to visit the site so as to appreciate the details; I checked and found out the couple could be a good source of help for newcomers. Quoting the rates will only give one side of the services provided.
What do you think?
