What all things will be der in medical test?  will they give the address of doctor or we need to find it?

Medical exam includes:

Eye Test
Height & Weight measuring test
X-ray test
Blood Test
Urine Test
and Physical Check up

Thanks for your response.  I had to make one more thing clear that right now i am waiting for my medical call, so as you said i should take an appointment with the doctor, is that i can take it now before getting the medical call so as to sent it fast?.

If you have already applied for visa, then i would suggest you to wait for a medical call from embassy  and then take an appointment of doc. As now a days there is less rush, so you will get an appointment easily.
