thank u but if i need to get passport i have to go to the army frist
thy will let me have pasport without go to the army ?
or what will go on ?

If you have to serve in the military, before they the Egyptians will issue you a passport, you really don't have a choice but to serve the 3 years.

i know but i some body tell me if i get married a canadian or foreign thy dont let me go to the army ! that is right ?

Then you should be talking to the Egyptian army and ask them the question.

Believe it or not it's true. An egyptian man who is married to a foreigner is not exactly 100% exempted from the military, but it is very unlikely that you will be drafted. about 90% of all egyptians who merry foreigners (excluding arab foreigners) are exempted from military service. You will have to go to the Ministry of Interior just as i did, and it will take some time before you receive the certificate, but in the end, you'll be safe.

When ur at the ministry of interior, remember to throw in a " oh yeah, i forgot to tell you guys, my wife is a writer for our local paper back in toronto" Scares the crap out of them lol. however, just don't lie and you'll be fine.
