What about Singapore Visa Office

Hello friends,
I have submitted Full applicaton on 28 May 2009. After that I found my status like as below:
" Your application was reviewed and we started processing on June 09, 2009.:
After that I am waiting and waiting for a letter like medical request. About 3 months are passing but no news.
Can any one tell me about the visa office, singapore like this cases.

What do u mean 3-months. Whether it will be counted from sending application or started processing. I think it will be----started the processing (09 June, 2009). That mean 09 September. M I correct?

Can anyone tell me how can i communicate about my problem if it exceeds three months? Most of the time they does not response in e-mail. two weeks ago i sent a mail to singapore visa office. In reply they wrote me "Your application is under review, we will communicate for further information".
But this information is not sufficient for me. Since my e-case status is showing already-
In Process
, where it says " Your application was reviewed and we started processing............""
Seniors, Please help me
