What a Long "In Process Time"? seniors plz suggest me...

Hi Seniors and all , i applied in March 2010 from syd australia under  NOC 4121 and submitted all required doc in July and after a long time it showed "In Process" in October 2010. since then i have heard nothing. got a standard reply when enquired from my agent. My agent always barks saying  "you will get medical soon ". But i have stopped counting the days and months as it has crossed a year.fariza, wayne, Qurox,Pittabread, Saki,Sukh and others would you mind suggesting me what can be the reason for such a long In process time Plz...

Nowadays they are working on post june 26,2010 cases and they are on first priority. Pre june 2010 applications are on hold and in a standard reply received by many people they are saying it can take 2 years or more to process pre june 2010 applications. So you need to wait I am afraid.

Dear...can understand your frustration and pain of waiting. But this is immigration process and there are thousands of applicants in the queue. Do not loose patience and wait for the reply. There is no harm in sending direct query mail to CHC but do not loose patience. This is happenning to lots of candidates..

I sent my full docs in Apri 2010, In Process 14th May 2011 and nothing after that. Stranded reply to case specific inquiries.. Hoping to order CAIPS to get a better idea of BFD's and the status. I'm also NOC 4121

Iam in same boat with Kumwar,. NOC 0631 and in process since 18th of June 2010 and its been so long time to wait but we can't do anything but to wait and be patience.But prostrating is to heard same answer: never ending next month when enquired from my agent.  My agent always barks saying  "you will get medical soon ". Just hoping and hoping
