Website: Error cannot send personal messages can sombody help.

Hello to all, I havent been on as of late and soon I logged in to check any messages or wanting to send one I keep getting (Error Im not allowed to send any messages) there no help section for this far as I can see and I dont know who to contact for this problem.

hold on, I could send personal messages before until now and all the sudden it gives me some error saying Im not allowed send any personal messages what so ever cause I not posting or lack of. Thats really screwed up
