i send following case specific inquiry to CHC London Office few days back:

Good day.

I have applied for PR Canada under FSW fast track program back in June 2009.
I have already submitted my updated information regarding Change of my marital status one year ago in October 2010 but didn't receive any reply from CHC London. I am again submitting my updated information for your kind information and guidance that I have got married on September 23, 2010 and want to add my spouse in my active application as dependent.
My current e-status is showing "in process" with "RBVO" details inside and is not showing the start of processing time. I am eager to know what further documentation is required to add my spouse in my application and the developments on my file.
I would highly appreciate if you kindly let me know if my marital status has been already updated and when I should expect my medicals. Many thanks and I appreciate your early response.

and i received following reply from CHC London:

Dear Madam / Sir,

This is in response to your email. We have not received documents to include your wife.

We acknowledge receipt of your correspondence informing us of a change in your family composition due to marriage.

If your spouse is NOT a citizen or permanent resident of Canada, he or she must be examined in the context of your application, whether or not he or she will accompany you to Canada. Your spouse will have to undergo a medical examination. We will send you the appropriate form upon reception of the documents listed below.

In order to add your spouse to your application, we require the following documents:

processing fee for your spouse (if accompanying you to Canada)
notarized birth certificate of your spouse
copy of your spouse's valid passport
recent photographs of your spouse according to the specifications
a notarized “no” criminal activity certificate for your spouse
a completed application kit with all the requirements
updated IMM0008 Generic and updated IMM5406 “Additional Family Information” form for yourself.
a “Certificat de Sélection du Québec” for your spouse ( in his or her name), if you wish to immigrate to the province of Québec (http://www.micc.gouv.qc.ca/fr/index.asp).

Copies of the original documents with original certified translations into English or French are required. All documents must be sent to our office by mail.

2 - they will demand listed documents in future and then i have to send them?
