In my application I included my wife. But, after my applying we have had a newborn baby on April 27, 2011.  Now, I want to add her in my application. Please tell me the process of doing this. Hence, what are the documents I will have to send for this purpose? How much additional money & addressing whom I will have to send? What is the additional amount of money that I need to support my newborn baby (proof of funds)? Again, my visa office has asked me to quote the file number they have provided in any further correspondence with them, but while using the file number it shows, “We were not able to identify you using the information you provided”. When I will be able to use the file number? I already inquired this information through case specific inquiry, but did not get any reply. Please help me.

Dear
A) Below is the detail of documents or actions that you need to take in order to comply fully with CHC requirements for new born;

1. NEW BORN Birth certificates (hospital and ministry of health). No need of notarization. Only copies can serve the purpose.
2. Passport of new born (and visa page if residing outside homeland)
3. Five photographs as per specification,
4. Additional family information forms (update) and signed in original
5. Demand draft of CAD 150/- (in the name of RECEIVER GENERAL FOR CANADA)
6. Information on height of new born at the time of sending forms.

Process immediately after the birth of child and inform CHC on earliest basis so they do not process your case with out this information otherwise it may take longer than normal due to delayed info

B) For information on fund requirement based on family size, visit the below link;
http://www.cic.gc.ca/English/immigrate/skilled/funds.asp

c) This might be an error. Keep using the file number u hv received from CHC.

Dear when ever u send any reply or submit document, do attach the copy of letter (AOR) as a proof of your file number provided by CHC.

Mine also started with "B" and remained same through out the process.

  Hi Max,
Regarding ur Ecas Status try different options like for example ur Full name is Muller Max Rebello ,

Try with just ur surname  Rebello.
Next try full name
then just name . You will get a breakthrough.
