We forgot to put Travel History in forms

Dear All members,
I forgot to put travel history in forms and when I submit passport its almost four months I did'nt heard anything from CIC you think thats the issue for delay, three months, in one country, few other countries with two weeks each visit now what we should do? is that a big issue Please help.

List the travel history and send it by fax or use case specific inquiry. It would be better if you send it with a simple covering letter.

Why not send them ASAP with a cover letter explaining you just discovered your oversight?  I am sure you aren't the first person to forget something.
