Hey, I was wondering if anyoneone else is currently going through the sponsorhip process in Warsaw, and what your timeline/experience has been so far? Any good things, bad things? Have you gone for an interview?

Hey, I'm not able to answer your question, but I do have one for you. My partner and I are applying outland and he forgot to get a police check from Poland (he lived there for 7 months, but at the 6 month mark went to the Czech for a day and then back into Poland). We've already submitted our application, but trying to be proactive thinking they will likely ask for it. Do you know who he should contact to get that done?

Hi, I am not sure if your husband speaks Polish or not, but he will have to fill out this form: http://www.gdansk.so.gov.pl/attachments/047_form_krk_osoba.pdf, and pay the fee (50-100zl), stating the last place of habitation in Poland. The form needs to be submitted to an embassy, or bureaucracy where information can be received regarding criminal records, or a court. "W Biurze Informacyjnym Krajowego Rejestru Karnego, w Punktach Informacyjnych Krajowego Rejestru Karnego przy sądach powszechnych na terenie kraju." I do not know of how the fees can be paid online, I think that it would hav to be in person, or maybe by mail with cash? I hope that I helped you a little. I do not know exactly where my husband got his from, I think from a courthouse though. |

 Just read your other post and realised that your husband have landed!!! Good for you both. But I guess I am alone in this thread no  This process was quite fast for you in warsaw VO, so I really hope they are still working with same speed. P.S. anyone else through warsaw?

I've applied through Warsaw, born in Saskatchewan. I was accepted in Missisauga and forwarded to Warsaw as my wife is from Estonia. The original letter from Warsaw told her that they would get a hold of her by Jan. 19th, of course they haven't sent anything, waiting to hear as we were supposed to 'inquire' |

Congrats on your letter. I got PPR last week and shipped my passport to warsaw by Fedex. Waiting for visa now. Hope it will not take too long!
