Wanting to obtain a Visa for Transgendered girlfriend

Basically I'm a Canadian Citizen wishing to help obtain either a Student Visa or Visitors Visa for my TG girlfiend or some other choice. As it is there is no real papertrail for her to fall on in order to visit me. No bank account, no real job, etc. From what I read things are pretty slim for her in obtaining a visa.
I'm a businessman. I was thinking of requesting her visa through business needs as a translator or liason for my importation company. To which I do import from Asia fairly often. Yet she does have the language skills, she would not be considered a prof. More than likely I would have to set up a company for her in Asia in order to prove that her services are required...I'm assuming now.
The other option I was thinking of was registering her in school over here and have come in as a student...since she's 24 yrs old I think this is a viable solution.
I've spoken to Thai TG girls over here and they came through as males and transformed again into TG girls after arriving. BTW my gf is Indonesian.
One of my concerns is her being TG. Will immigration Canada refuse her entry once she arrives even though all the paperwork has been filed? I will be sponsoring her while here too.
I'm wondering if we couldn't have apply as a congugal spouse? We've met on line aprox. 7 months ago. I've travelled to see her. We've travelled together as well and I have proof in the way of photos of us together in Thailand and her name appears on the hotel bills. I've even purchased her an engagement ring from a well known jeweller in Malaysia. I have all the receipts and we continue to write to each other today...like just now.
Anyways any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
I'm going to visit a couple of schools this week and am scouring the internet for information. I'm wondering if I shouldn't consult a lawyer or some community center.
Oh...I'm in Montreal, Quebec...would like to marry her while she's here.
