Hello
I am an American Citizen and I am currently dating a guy from Alberta for the past year and we are looking into what steps we need to take for me to move to Edmonton next summer (2010).
I recently graduated with my Bachelors in Civil Engineering and will have my EIT in a month. I wanted to see what are the first steps I should take in finding a job in Canada and finding an employer that will hire an American.
I wanted to see if any one had any advice on finding a job in Canada. I have 5 years experience in Project Management and I also have 10 years experience as a drafter and willing to work as a drafter for the time being. I am just getting very discouraged and trying to find some help out there. Hoping maybe someone else has been in my shoes
