hi I got nomination in dec. I applied for fbi and state pcc's. after getting that i'll send my cic application. but after that I want to proceed through new delhi ofice. i'hv my h1 till 2011 but I don't want to stay in us anymore as I want some break. can suggest anybody if I'm doing wrong move as I don't want to lose this opportunity .

No I dont think there is problem, but you must notify Alberta about it as when they send you nomination , they also send a copy to the Visa office (Buffalo) but since you were in H1B status when you got the nomination so you are all set and also processing time at New Delhi is less than here for PNPs.
