Want to pursue MPhil in Europe or other, Help me seniors with your assessments

Hi seniors/ friends,

I am Pre June applicant and still in process but i guess it will take another extra-long time to finalize the case so discerning about my career and opportunities, i have decided to pursue my further study in Europe or other countries. As i have completed MScIT so i think i will be adequate for MPhil.
But due to lack of enough acquaintance i am confuse what to do. Shall i remain calm as i have been and wait for next 1 year in order to get Visa for Canada or go for 2nd option? If i go for further study then it would be better if i get scholarship. So guyz, you people are very obliging since the day one so believing this one's way out too.
