Hello everyone. This is my first post to the forum! My PR process has almost been to the end. I will be attending my landing interview in June. I attended school and have been working in Canada. People know me by my English name (rather my Chinese name). Does anyone know how I could change my first name to my English name (which is not on my passport, nor my birth certificate). I noticed many people who immigrated to Canada have their first names changed to English names. If anyone has done the name change, please advise.

Thanks a lot.

once you are landed..you can apply to have your name changed at a cost of 75$ I believe.

I'm First Nation North American Indian & immigration has always been an interest to me. I believe we do need immigrants to keep Canada strong.
