please help,

hello
i got married 15 years before with a canadian,have a 12 year's child.my husband made canadian citizenship of my child without our  understanding, he made my fake signature on the form.i am an indian citizen  and having divorce with my husband and want my baby to be Indian.PLEASE can i cancel my child's canadian citizenship?Huh please need help.

It's your fault of not bringing your kid to feel the Canadian experience even once.  Your child has the right of being Canadian/Indian citizen.  Let him decide and handle when he reach age of majority.

I find it very unlikely that you can cancel the Canadian citizenship of your child.  Second, if the father is Canadian, the father didn't "make" the child Canadian, it was already a Canadian citizen since birth.  India does not allow dual citizenship but in the case of a child, they may let it slide until he is old enough to decide or at least he can have OCI until then which would allow him to live in India.  When he is 18, he can decide for himself.
