To all,
I have this friend who want to apply in Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program but
she has no relatives on Canada. Is she have chance to apply as MPNP even she has no
relatives on Canada. If she have a chance in what category she will be in...
Please help....

She needs to look at their program and find something she qualifies for. See http://www2.immigratemanitoba.com/browse/howtoimmigrate/pnp/ If she can get a work permit in Manitoba, she could apply. If she can study there for a year, she can apply etc. |

Friends can also help for MB PNP... Not just relatives.
