I am Canadian immigrant, after getting immigration I came U.A.E and got married now my wife is pregnant and I want to apply immigration for her.

If I apply for her from now and she gives birth after that, will I have to apply again for her and for baby or I can applly before she gives birth?

As you are a PR you have to return to Canada to submit a sponsorship and the application for your wife, once the baby is born, if your spouse has not landed, you will have to add the child to the application.
