Hi everybody,

I am waiting for adjustment of status here in the USA through mariage. But I would like to work in Canada and want to introduce a demand of working permit as skilled worker.

My first question is, will it be longer if I don't have any offer of employment?
Should I work with a private company specialized in this kind of application to go faster?
How long is it likely to take before I get the first entry visa, once I file for a temporary visa?
Can I get a temporary visa without having any employment opportunity?

A lot of questions I have because I just receive invitation from a cousin to join her and saying that it will be easy for to get a job there. All my diplomas Bachelor degree and master degree, have been delivered in France, and all my experiences are in french working language.

Thanks Anigna.

Hi,
Answer #1: Yes,
Answer #2: Yes, If you cannot handle your case on your own.
Answer # 3: There will be no first, second, third visa. You will get one work permit, if you will be successful.
