Yeah Jason is correct. But just the 1st link is enough if you are inside canada.

And you need to include the consent form if you want to see the details of your dependent, in case if you added in your PR application.

I want to apply for CAIPS and wish to see my information in OTTAWA

1) Is the reference number also my application number on my AOR Huh

2) In section a, i should tick PRIVACY ACT coz i don;t have to pay a fee right Huh

3) In what form would you like the information? which is more better Huh

Also, how long does it take for this Huh?
