Respectable seniors! We send our supporting documents in August2010... last week we enquired from London visa office about the current status of our application through e mail, and they send us an email which is as under; kindly tell ur wise opinion what is the meaning of their answer....regards
"Your documents are on file but the processing has not yet started.
CIC is working closely to manage arrivals in Canada, so that we meet, but do not exceed the immigration plan set by Parliament last fall for 2011.  Since we have larger inventories of applications than limits within the immigration plan for admissions to Canada, we must process applications according to the priorities set by Parliament.  As we have a sufficient number of applications in our high priority categories, we are not in a position to process your application at this time, nor can we predict when processing on your application will resume."

Hi,

What is your NOC code? Please share your timeline of application process.

Unfortunately, this simply means that the processing of your PR application might take indefinite time. Most of the Pre jun applicants are in the same situation as you. CIC does not want to mention in clear words regarding how much time they might take to process the application because of the reasons stated.

But if your NOC is there in the current MI list, then IMO you should re apply.
