WAKE UP PAKISTANIS WAITING FOR MEDICALS AFTER 2N AOR

want to discuss important thing here can anyone tell us the pre june 2010 applicants that when we applied for canadian immigration what was the occupation list and is it ouR fault that the list changed .All i mean to say is i applied in dec 2009 and mailed 4 days ago for status that why chc london is not processing my application and the answer was we are dealing with cases that are on piriority were we ppl mad that we applied before and was it written that if a new list will come ur cases shall delay what the heck is going on I  know only one thing that if it happened in canada itself ppl there were not waiting like that .The time has come we should do something otherwise one of my friend in canada told me that may be those applicants have to wait for 8 years for whole procedure .I am not going to wait 8 years we are canadian immigration clients ok and got rights to protest .

Why not all of us mail them and ask them that this is discrimination of our rights "what if any one waiting for immigration and is 35 + he /she will move to canada  at 43 lolzzzz what he will do there ...

I am not sure what u wana DO? .... u can not challenge the decisions made by CIC and u can not force them to process your application ... only option u have got is to wait or withdraw your app.....
If you think you fall under new NOC list and new criteria then withdraw your application and re-apply under new rules, else u dont have any chance .....
I myself was the victim of 1 stupid decision of CIC ..... and by the time i got my papers back and want to reapply then new Rules on 26 june 2010 were imposed and my occupation was out of eligible NOC list...
So chill and wait for good

They cany take 8 years or close to that for december 2009 applicant. just wait patiently and you will be out of this misery soon. i know how it is like to be waiting in th e process but trust me eventually your waiting will pay of and things will be moving as and when destined to be

Hold on your hourses buddy, this is how immigration works, they make the list and need only those people which are needed by their economy if you are not happy just withdraw your application, its their country and you are trying to get a residence of their country they have not asked you to apply for it you did it by yourself. With limit 500 on per NOC is a clear indication that they want to clear the backlog and they are doing their best so i suggest you to have some patience if Canada is in your destiny you will get their one day sooner or later!

I do understand your concerns and there are a lot of applicants that share the same! but sadly there is nothing we can do about it, rather than to wait..

Wel said Saki ,honestly speaking we have to wait till decision is made .There is some movements evident from MR of all three MI backlog .I hope 2009 applicants would receive MR upto Dec.INSHA ALLAH
