In Alberta, if I am already eligible to sponsor a brother/sister, how long is the processing time? (approximately)

You can sponsor a brother or sister in AB but there are some other requirements.  Go to http://www.albertacanada.com/immigration/immigrate/familystream.html to learn more about it.  There is a phone number on there too somewhere.
