I had applied for skilled worker in Nov 2006, i have received my file no. After 30 months of waiting time they told me to send my documnets for further processing. I submitted my documents (except my IELTS)for further processing on 6th May 2009 with a letter stating i will forward IELTS result as soon as I give my IELTS, on 12th July 2009 i submitted my IELTS with a covering letter stating to add the IELTS with my profile. It is now 3 months, i havent received anything from CIC regarding rejection or selection for further processing. If anybody is aware how long does the cic take to respond, please reply.

Actually it has been only 1 month since documents sent. Your file was put on hold because you did not send the whole package at once.

Hi,

You have miles to go!!. Just take a deep breath and wait with peace of mind.  Every thing would be fine.
Good luck.

Don't worry rennydsouza, there is nothing to panic. I'm waiting for 5 months since i submitted my full application with all updated documents and that too under FSW and am still not aware of the decision outcome.

It appears that the processing remains slow.

There is nothing wrong with my documents. I submitted the full pack to CHC - London. Even if a document is missing i expect that CHC London simply notifies me and i'll send them additional. Unfortunately i'm waiting and applied for CAIPS now.
