Waiting time after submitting the documents

I read some posts where people commenting about their 4 or 5 waiting time :S

Just need to know, how much time will it take to get a response after the submitting of the documents pack? Supposing that all the documents are all right, and there are no problems with them.

I count near about max 70days to clear your payment by CIO and after getting payment within 10 to 15days max for 1st AOR by CIO NS (if your application is accepted otherwise it will return within 70 to 80days max).
