Dear Sunny,
I think soon you are going to get call for CIC. To get maximum points in laguage, you must have a band 7 in all IELTS bands. Hopefully you have calculated your points your self, there are different online point calculators in many sites. About CAIPS : CAIPS is short for 'Computer Assisted Immigration Processing System'. It is the computer system used by Citizenship & Immigration Canada to process visa applications, and holds all the information on the current status of every immigration application being processed by overseas offices (i.e. those outside of Canada).
Please see www.caips.ca for details.
I would recommend you to get your CAIPS notes.

Thanks
Cool
