waiting in vain...

Hi! I am new here but have been reading your forum for 3 months already. I just want to share my  application status and seeking for help to answer my questions since I have been waiting in vain.

After a month of submitting all my papers, I got married and  wrote to CEM to change my status from single to married. Fortunately they responded to my letter after a month of waiting and requested to submit additional papers and my husband's as my dependent if accompanying though my husband is currently working in Dubai but still I submitted all the required papers listed and so with my husband last 24/11/2010. Until now, I haven't received any medical request.

Is there a possibility that I may be rejected because my application is complicated that I am here in the Philippines and my husband is in UAE?
What courier are they using to send medical request since I am using my own mailing address?
If ever they will request for medical, do I need to let my husband come home for him to get his medical test or he could have the test in Dubai and send it separately to CEM?
Do I need to let my husband take the IELTS exam?

As I checked my application status, it's still IN PROCESS and nawala po address ko...
I am hoping that you could answer all my queries.

I think you are expecting MEDICALS too early.
Still there seems to be some time for your medicals.
Wait patiently. Everything will be fine. This is normal time visa office takes before issuing medicals.
So dont worry and wait patiently.
I think your husband can go for his medicals separately in UAE and can send his details directly to your visa office.

you are lucky your VO is Manila, your application actually is not that complicated as I am here in UAE as PA and my wife is in Phil, many of the applicant have the same case. He can have his medical in any DMP here in Dubai. He also dont need to take the IELTS. A lot of the applicant also has the disapperance of their add, just wait for a while it come back.

All in all Manila VO moves better than other VO, if only we have choosen Manila VO I could have my visa now. Now my fingers are aching for keeping it cross all the time, waiting game is really tiring one. If you have plan to work here in the UAE, I think you can but that will complicate things a little coz you have to get docs from your present employer and you have to get docs to from employer to be in the UAE and you have to submit it again to VO. Quite agree, i think it might be too earl y be worrying about Medicals. Your MR will come pretty soon

As suggested by member ELMO, no need to worry at all. Al ways expect a slight delay in the case when ever you submit some additional documents.
