Hy i applied for skill worker immigration in Nov,2004.I submitted my case in united kingdom.I am still waiting for reply.Is any body could tell me who apply in the same month and same embassy,that how long i have to wait for decision.They asked me for updates in july and said that assesment on my case will be started in november,2006.Is any body can reply me that how long more i have to wait?

Wow, over 2 years! Well, I know some of these things take a long time, but that seems awfully long. Can you contact the person who contacted you in July?

HI
I applied in UK as well.The CHC started processing my case in July 2006.I have an arranged emplyment approved by HRSDC.I am Still waiting and i dont know how long wod it take.Can anybody tell me whos applied in UK with the AEO during july 2006.?

Hi immi1234,
Since they asked you for update, probably your initial assessment was done in Nov.
I think you should get your CAIPS file. You will have clear status of your case

I think, the main consideration is qualification. Those who are more qualified are processed much sooner.
