Dear Friends,

It is noted that 5 months will be complete on 18th of January, but i am still waiting for my PER. My BD had en-cashed on 22 of Nov 2011.

My Local Agent informed that i may receive a post mail letter in few days. He promised to arrange a job offer and accommodation when i sigh the agreement.

I need to clarify whether this much of delay is due to the waiting time for the Job approval from Human resources Dept in Canada to CIO or any other reason?? Is it possible to get the PER via Post mail letter other than e-mail?

Please help me and i appreciate your guidance. I didn't contact VO or made an inquiry to CIO, because i believe it is the responsibility of my agent. Thanking you.
