There are quite a few guys waiting for a longer period than you. Visit 'New Delhi passport Tracking Thread'
 May be they are trying to slow down the entry of immigrants belonging to certain NOCs. VOs are very unpredictable. Nobody can be sure about the exact reason for the delay. But sooner or later you will definitely get visas. Had they got any reservations, they would have certainly contacted you.
