Waiting For File Number

Hi,

I have applied in the month of April and I have an arranged employment offer in the category of IT with IELTS 6.0  but still  I havent received any call from the embassy....

Is the process very slow or there is a chance of rejection because of IT  and my points in more than 72 .

fIRST cio Wil send email if they find ur application eligible for further processing.

and wat about bank draft /CreditCard ?is it encashed?

I think it not encashed. My Lawyer has applied for me but do they provide any acknowledgment letter or email that they received it and how do we know the status of it ... since it is more than 6 months.

IF the fee(BD/CC) is encashed then u can be assure that ur application is accepted for processng.

Yes, first u get email from CIO...they wil send email to the email ID mentioned in theapplication. The email says thatur application is eligible for processing and will be sent to VO.

This email is called PER (positive eligibilty review)

mostly applicants receive this email in 20-60 days....for some it took longer.

Thanks for the quick update. I sent this application to Canada. Can you please tell us what we can do to know about the email and the positive reply by the CIO. in case the email is not correct or by mistake a wrong a email is given
