My Dear Friends,
I have been waiting for the AEO approval from Service Canada for a long time, My lawer is coordinating with my employer in Canada, They submitt my paper since Dec-2009, and My lawer informed me after his recent coming back from CANADA that now adays Service Canda take too much time up to 6 months to get a posativ AEO, is that correct??? coz I dont belive that!!!
Could any one tell me what is the processing time from the submitting documents up to getting Service Canada approval ofAEO, notice that Im an electrical engineer with 10 Dubai years expericance and my job offer from the Canadian empolyer is prepared for a desgination of Engineering Manager in one company which is runing in Manitoba state since last 30 years.
Brothers, Is there any way to ensure that my papers have been already submitted or not?
Waiting for clarifications and advices from all.

Dear Sami,
i am not expert but at least i know that current service canada timing is 8 to 12 weeks not 6 months.
your employer only can help you.
its depend on your employer how he submitted the documents to hrsdc for approval .

I agree with UAE I don't think, It takes 6 month to get approval of Arrange Employment Offer. I am sure, this consultant will take more 6 months to come on decision about AEO.  |

My consultant has assured me 3-4 months. I think my consultant has kept some time for reserve so I should not ring him oftenly.

I think, you are right..... But do not allow them to take more than 4 month time period, There will be risk on money what you may have already paid in advance for AEO |

It took me 3.5 months to get AEO .. i submitted on July 1 2009 and got it on 14th oct 2009..

Thanks alot for your replays , Could any one of you guide me to a Profissional Consultant here in Dubai who can help me to get an AOR from a canadian employer for a certain amount that we will agree about it??
Could you help me in this Issue UAE? My situation is very difficuilt and critical, Im from Iraq-Baghdad and all of you are watching in the TV whats going one there!!!
Realy, I can not go back to my country, Im ready for any thing and realy will appreciate it.
Most probebly I will break up my contract with my lawyer and get my payment back, because I dont belive him.
