i know how you feel, i too have been waiting for that letter to get my csq but still nothing. CPC said they mailed it t us in January but nothing ever came. Why are they treating us like this..SIGH

I finally received my approval letter on 7 mars. i had to wait 2 month for them to resend it.

Make sure they have a note in your file stating that you have not received the approval letter. I think they have 3 months to resend you the letter from the note's date. PS: sorry for my bad english |

congrats on getting your letter..the vo did tell my hubby lastweek that it takes 3 months..which means we wont get ours until April then... |

the same thing happen to me,my wife who is the sponsor did send our application to Mississauga last October of last year and she did call them on January and they said that she has been approved as a sponsor,and that they have sent her a letter,but she never got that,,,she got her client number but we haven't tried it yet,,,i wanted to make sure that the VO in my country has the application,i sent them an email,but they just told me,we don't have your file at our VO,,,i don't understand what is going on ,,i just can't get it
it really sucks and im worried,,,

They did not give my hubby his client number at all..they said they couldn't give him that info..so much crap..he's the sponsor.cic sucks... |

Hello Everybody,
I desperately your help. Here is my situation: I am a sponsoring my wife (outland) and i live in Quebec. I sent my application the 30 th of August. After a couple of months, i called CIC Mississauga about my application. They told me that the sponsorship got approved and that they sent me a letter on november 10. They gave me my client number and i can log into ecas with my client number but not with the IMM5401. In ecas it says application received and decision made. But i still haven't received the letter they sent. i called them again on the 21st of December and this agent tells me i have to wait 3 months before they can send me another letter. Is there anything a can do to get the letter sooner? I need it badly for the CSQ.

no we did not our client number..they found the information using his citizenship number...he lives in quebec yes..so we really need the approval letter..we don't have any aor from the vo who is responsible for where i live,,, |

ah,okay but i just wanna say something to you,if the agents from Mississauga told you that your husband has been approved as sponsor,they should be able to give him the client number,they should have it,,,ask him to call them and het it and then you can look it on ecas and then make sure everything is fine |
