Hello there my common law partner is going to be sponsoring me after one year living together. but she is going to start college just as she starts sponsoring me which means she will not be earning much so she will be under the wage cap will she still be able to sponsor me? i did read that if a sponsor is sponsoring a common law they dont have to meet the wage cap is this true?
any help would be great thankyou
