Hi. Could someone please tell me if I wanted to work as a volunteer engineer in BC:

1. is it even possible to work for free as an engineer?

2. is it likely that HRSDC does not give me a positive LMO because there is no such thing as volunteer engineering?

3. and if I could get the LMO and with that the work permit, would I have to pay my medical insurance or is it covered somehow?

thank you

1.  No Engineers are paid in Canada, there is no volunteering for free.
2.  No, salary, then they won't give the employer an LMO.
3.  Non issue.
