Hi all,

I'm land on valid work permit from India before 4 years. And I'm working as s software developer since 4 years. But in unfortunately I got rejected on my work-permit extension in November 2007. Then after I apply for restoration but in February 2008 I got rejection again with voluntary departure letter. And then most important thing is My FSW (federal skilled worker) file is in buffalo and I recently (Jan 2008) I got my positive HRDC / LMO. So I'm expecting my PR very soon. But as per I told earlier in this, I got rejection on extension on my work permit. I visited many lawyer in Toronto. They all suggested me to fight against the CIC thought the Federal Court. And I submitted my case in Federal Court. NOW >> my question is there any effect on my PR file? Or can stay legally in Canada until I get decision from federal court?

Plzzzz, reply me ASAP.

Nope, you are out of status.  Suggest you read the consequences of failing to depart http://www.cic.gc.ca/EnGLIsh/resources/manuals/enf/enf11e.pdf
You can end up with an exclusion order or deportation order will really fix your PR application.
