Hi,
I am an international graduate student. My wife came to visit me with six months multiple entry visa which will end on June 2006. Now I am planning to apply my wife stay extension till I finish my study. I have valid study permit till 2007 June. Can my wife eligible to apply for one year extension? And my second question is that what is the probability that she can get the extension, I mean whether anybody did so or it is very unlikely to get that. Please help me ?

thanks

Yes she can apply for an extension, note you will have to prove you have sufficient funds for her to remain in Canada.  As whether the extension will be granted?  It will depend quite a bit on what she said when she requested her visa.

Hi,
Do have any idea who has applied for her spouse visa extension. My wife gave the same to visit husband who is doing masters. Could you tell me if with same reason what is the probability or change that she can get the extension. Whether this types extension is frequent or they give the extension very rarely
