hello guys, i heard from a canadian lawyer that 1st visit to canada is only for 3 weeks, is this right ?
is it right that 1st visiting a canadian citizen (by invitation letter) is only for 3 weeks to stay or the lawyer talkin about something else touriste visa or something.
please explain it to me. thanks

No, I have seen 3 months for the first time, not 3 weeks.

Speak to another lawyer, I am sure your lawyer is wrong on this subject.

They can stay as long as their visa is valid.

3 months or 6 months , dont remember if someone got first entry for 3 weeks normally people got for 3 or 6 months
