Hi,

I have a question. My husband graduated last month in MA and we gonna apply next week for PNP. I have a job offer but I do not have work permit because I need LMO. I heard when you are nominated, you do not need LMO in order to apply for work permit.

Is anyone can help me PLZ???

1.  Your husband is the principal applicant?  If so if he receives a nomination he can apply for a work permit.  You can apply at the same time for an OWP work permit, and don't require a LMO.  But you can't apply before without a LMO>

Yes ,my husband is the principal applicant and he actually has open after graduation work permit. I am asking about my self only.

So my question is,

When he is nominated that is mean I am nominated as well, right? So I do not need LMO for OWP?

Thank you so much for your help, I appreciate that.
