My spouse and i have two kids who are Canadians with canadian passport. My spouse is not canadian, I have sponsored her, is still in process.  She has tried 3X trying to get a Visitors visa to bring my kids to me in Canada. but she has been refused, the reason were she lacks travelling experiences and family ties.  she travels to china about 3 times every year and she is married to me traditionary.  What are we doing wrong?  Any advice as to what to do

Spouses are often refused visit visas because CIC assumes they want to remain in Canada long term (visitor visas are intended for those who wish to visit Canada for a short period of time only, have strong ties to their home country and have no plans to stay in Canada long term). The fact that you have filed a sponsorship application for her only strengthens the argument that your wife wants to remain in Canada permanently and doesn't technically qualify as a visitor.

FYI - The statement "she lacks family ties" refers to her home country (not Canada). She has very strong ties to Canada (being married to you and having two Canadian citizen children). What she lacks is strong ties to her home country that prove she will return home after her visit to Canada.

Unfortunately there's really not much you can do other than wait for the sponsorship application to be processed and her PR visa to be approved.

Sorry!
